Quiet hours are required from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. 4. The parking is street parking and is first-come, first-served. 5. The garage is not available for guest use as owners have their personal property in the garage. 6. The bistro lights outside are not available since they must be plugged inside the garage. 7. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. 8. We are sorry to say that we do not allow animals of any kind at this property. The owner has severe pet allergies and stays at the home often. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal in their personal home. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.
