When traveling to Gilbert or Mesa, we would love to host you for your visit. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with sleeping loft as well as 2 spacious living rooms. Great for multiple families traveling or visiting family in town.
Good to know
The Moore House is located on the Gilbert/Mesa border and close to everything you need for an amazing stay. Outside: The outside is a true oasis with gated pool (not heated), grass area, patio seating and BBQ grill. The pool has floaties available and pool towels. Yard games are available at the house including ladder toss and giant jenga. Football and Volleyball balls are in the laundry room! Master Bedroom: King bed 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed Loft: Queen sofa bed The food options are not lacking, some local favorites include: Somburros (Mexican food), In-N-Out Burger and Barros Pizza. Downtown Gilbert offers some great sit down options including: Culinary Dropout, Barrio Queen, Zinburger, OHSO Brewery, Joe's Real BBQ, Postino Winecafe, Snooze and Liberty Market. Throughout the year enjoy the local Gilbert Market as well as their many town events located just down the street from the home. Jake's Unlimited is an indoor play park/game area for kids that is just down the street. Make sure to check out Mother Natures Farm if you are looking to stay in the fall for their pumpkin patch.

FAQ: 1. Local guests MUST reach out before booking. 2. The house is 2 stories and in the summer the upstairs will stay warmer than downstairs (heat rises). The bedroom above the garage will be warmer than the other rooms due to it facing south (direct sun) and over the non-air conditioned garage. 3. We are sorry to say that we do NOT allow animals of any kind at this property. The owner has severe pet allergies and stays at the home often. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal in their personal home. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law. 4. Airbnb is now offering travel insurance. We highly recommend purchasing if you are unsure about your future travel.
